Collection, checking and organisation of administrative documentation.
Accounting · administrative professional
Organised accounting. Deadlines under control.
Data ready when needed.
I manage accounting and administrative activities with a practical approach: organised documents, accurate records, controlled deadlines and reliable information for those who need to make decisions.
More than 10 years of experience in accounting. From day-to-day accounting to periodic compliance requirements and support in preparing data for financial statements.
Professional profile

In my work, accounting is not simply a sequence of entries: it is a system that must remain clear, up to date and verifiable over time.
I handle accounting and administrative activities with particular attention to document organisation, accuracy of entries, tax deadlines and continuity in day-to-day work. Experience across different environments has taught me to move from operational detail to an overall view of the accounting position.
My background also includes IT training and experience in educational and social settings. They are different fields, but they strengthened skills I bring to work every day: method, responsibility, organisation, listening and priority management.
Accounting and administrative activities
Accounting activities are interconnected. Organising the beginning of the process well makes controls, deadlines and final data more reliable.
Collection, checking and organisation of administrative documentation.
Journal entries, accounting records and correct classification of transactions.
Invoicing, customers, suppliers, receipts, payments and related deadlines.
Transaction checks, reconciliations and support for treasury operations.
Management of recurring compliance requirements and preparation of the necessary data.
Controls and preparation of data required for closing entries.
The value is not in completing isolated tasks, but in maintaining consistency between documents, accounting entries, banking, tax deadlines and the data that reaches period-end closing.
Core expertise
Knowledge of compliance requirements matters, but it must translate into day-to-day work that is organised, controllable and sustainable.
Simplified and ordinary accounting, including accounting for professionals; entries, journals, document management and consistency checks across transactions.
Electronic invoicing, management of daily takings, customers, suppliers, receipts, payments, due-date schedules and open-item controls.
Management and preparation of data for periodic VAT settlements, returns, preparation of F24 payment forms and main recurring compliance requirements.
Operational management of receipts and payments, online banking, transaction checks and bank reconciliations.
Foreign invoicing, compliance related to international transactions and administrative management of fixed assets.
Advanced use of spreadsheets, accounting and administrative software, and digital tools to organise data and deadlines.
Working method
Administrative work is tested most when activities, deadlines and information to coordinate increase. That is where method and autonomy make the difference.
Many accounting positions active at the same time, each with its own documents, transactions and deadlines.
Priority-based organisation, periodic review of open activities and deadline tracking.
Preventing missing data or anomalies from remaining unnoticed until period end.
Clearer management, with verifiable activities and information available when needed.
Recurring compliance requirements that depend on the completeness and accuracy of previous accounting entries.
Progressive preparation of data and review of activities before the deadline.
Identifying missing documents, inconsistencies or activities still to be completed in advance.
Fewer last-minute urgencies and greater reliability in preparing tax data.
Bank transactions, deadlines and accounting entries that must represent the same financial reality.
Cross-checking open items and systematically reconciling transactions.
Identifying differences, duplicates or missing entries before they accumulate.
More reliable financial data and a clearer view of open items.
Period-end closing requires consistent data, checked open items and documentation that can be readily reconstructed.
Progressive checks throughout the year, orderly fixed-asset management and review of supporting information.
Not postponing until period end checks that can be completed during ordinary operations.
Cleaner information and more predictable timing when preparing data for financial statements.
Background
My background is not linear, but it has built skills that now work together: numbers, digital tools, organisation and attention to people.
An educational path combining business studies, mathematics, IT and programming.
Training in databases, application logic and programming languages: a foundation that is still useful today when working with data and business software.
Activities that developed listening, responsibility, adaptability and the ability to manage complex situations.
Accounting has become the centre of my professional path, with growing responsibilities and autonomy in managing activities.
Professional principle
Accuracy in data. Clarity in work.
Good accounting management must be understandable, verifiable and easy to continue. Order and accuracy are above all what make the work more reliable for everyone.
01Check before correcting.
02Prepare for deadlines, do not chase them.
03Leave data and documents clear and readable.
In depth
One method. Two different contexts.
Forecasting, priorities, deadlines and decisions based on concrete data can also be useful in everyday life, without turning a family into a business.
01Forecast costs and prepare for deadlines.
02Set sustainable priorities and goals.

Numbers and people. Two dimensions I carry with me.
Education studies, school experience, daytime foster care and volunteering have shaped the way I listen, take responsibility and work with people.
01Listen to and understand people.
02Turn experience and responsibility into resources at work too.
